Baby Tag

1- Where were you when you first found out you were pregnant? At home with a home pregnancy test.

2- Who was with you? Marc and myself.

3- How did you find out that you were pregnant? I was a bit late and had a feeling I might be.

4- What was your first reaction to finding out you were pregnant? So excited! Finally a baby for me!

5- Who was the first person you told? Becky my sister in law and then my mom and Marc's parents.

6-Was everybody happy for you? Absolutely!

7- Did you go out and celebrate? We just made a special dinner at home.

8- Did you get morning sickness? No, just the occasional nausea at night. I was lucky!

9- Did you want to find out the sex? Yes, my sister in law Heather is an ultrasound tech at a hospital and did it at around 15 weeks.

10- What was the sex? Girl

11- Did anyone throw you a baby shower? Yes! My in-laws and co workers at the time, it was tons of fun.
12- How much weight did you gain? About 30 lbs.

13- Did you lose all of the weight that you gained? No, I got pregnant with #2 three months later so I still have some!

14- Did you get a lot of stretch marks? None

15- What did you crave the most? Pizza and Salad

16- Did you crave anything crazy? No, just pizza all the time!

17- Who or what got on your nerves the most? Contracting so early and being on bedrest.

18- Were you married at the time? Yes

19- Did you have any complications during your pregnancy? Pre-term labor and my water sprung a leak a month before Hannah was due so I was in the hospital for 3 days before the Dr. let me go home and wait until my water was too low.

20- Where were you when you went into labor? Well it depends on when you want to say I started! I was 5 months pregnant when the contractions started then in the hospital when they induced me.

21- Did your water break? Yes, on New Year's eve at Trafalga. That's when I sprung a leak...

22- Who drove you to the hospital? My husband Marc.

24- Did you go early or late? 1 month early... I've always been really early.

25- Who was in the room with you when you gave birth? Marc, my mom, Dr. Parker, and a lot of nurses worried about Hannah being too early! It was a full room.

26- Was it video taped? Yes!

27- Did you have any drugs for the pain? No!

28-Did you go Natural or have a c-section? Natural

29- If natural, how long did you push? I pushed 3 times and she was out.

30- What was your first reaction after giving birth? I cried and cried, amazed at the honor of being a mother for real!!

31- How big was the baby(s)? Almost 6lbs exactly

32- Did your Husband cry? Yes, we both did!

33- What did you name the baby(s)? Hannah Elizabeth

34- Did the baby(s) have any complications? She needed some oxygen for a while, and had pretty bad Jaundice so the lights were at home, but she turned out perfect.

35- How old is your baby today? Just turned 5

36- When is the next one(s) coming? I don't know.

37-If you could, would you do it all over again? Yes, I've done it 4 times total and love the joys of motherhood. I love my children very much and love that Heavenly Father trusts me with such special spirits...
